    If you haven’t had tetanus immunization, you need to have tetenus toxoid immunization plus a shot of human tetanus immunoglobulin immediately after you incur a wound. Then go back to your MD after a month for another shot of TT and one shot one month after your last shot. This will confer you 5 years protection against tetanus. 1 year after your last TT shot, have yourself a booster dose of TT and then another booster dose a year after your last. This will confer you 10 years of protection against tetanus.

    What do you mean by TT vaccine. I have never heard of it. If you mean tetanus, then no it isn’t neccessary unless you were scratched by an animal. Tetanus is carried in soil.
    If you mean TT as in the TT virus, 90% of the population are asymptomatic carriers, so getting vaccinated would be pointless. It is a completely harmless, HUGELY common virus
